Senator Chuck Schumer has long settled into a vexing pattern of willful ignorance and convenient deflection to propel his political agenda, an agenda which bypasses the will of most American people. He has become increasingly intellectually lazy, dependable to simply take and follow the stance of pro-Israel influences. This approach worked equally well for him with both Biden and Trump.
Schumer has been forthright about his Israel First agenda. In a New York Times column, Senator Schumer stated, “My job is to keep the [American] left pro-Israel”. Schumer frequently says that a key part of his role is to fight for all the aid that Israel needs. How can this be an American politician’s job, the “leader” no less? This is almost as baffling as both parties expressing absolute fealty to Israel in their platforms.
The Israel Problem – What Chuck Schumer has Delivered
Chuck Schumer has done as much as Trump, Netanyahu and/or McConnell to ravage America for the sake of Israel. As much as anybody, Schumer owns the wars in Gaza, Iran and Lebanon.
Chuck Schumer isn’t the entire Israel problem, but he is among its biggest most influential pieces. A big dimension of the Israel problem is the taking of incalculable sums of American money and using it for Mid-East wars and imperialism, colonialism, etcetera. Israel is leading the USA around by the nose, and the Israeli status as world pariah has rubbed off on America. Without Schumer, Israel could not be having its way with America.
Another big chunk of America’s Israel problem is overt social and cultural meddling. Israel organizations operate freely across America, promoting Israeli interests over those of Americans, often under the canopy of diaspora or the premise of antisemitism. American rabbis and Jewish students know to toe the Israel party line. When American non-Jewish college students attempted to protest Gaza, they were traumatized by the roughshod slap-down of their First Amendment Rights. They still seethe.
Remember, the wave of Israel-driven student suppression started under Schumer and Biden. It’s a hurtful time not to be able to speak truth. America needs its young people to be part of the solution, like they were in Hungary helping take down Orban. Israeli cultural suppression in America also serves up Zionism, its companion Christian Zionism, and Christians United for Israel. These groups play on racial hatred and fascism, feeding irreligious white Christian nationalism at large. They are man’s attempt to play Armageddon God on behalf of modern Israel. Chuck Schumer and cohorts pave the way for this intrusive unwelcome interference.
Another false political talking point
As regards the Israel problem, please do not fall for the establishment’s big new lie – that getting rid of Netanyahu will fix everything. This is like saying that, when Trump passes, America will be all better. By the way, Netanyahu is as much Jewish as Trump is Christian; still, they get a lot of miles out of the religiosity game.
Staying Clear on Antisemitism
Love and embrace the Jew – not Israel. This important distinction is held by many millions, including Jews in America, and in Israel. However, the state of Israel purposefully conflates this distinction for political gain; they try to operate as a merged church and state, to be above recourse and shirk accountability.
Senator Schumer subscribes to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition of antisemitism, which condemns most all criticism of Israel, which would probably call this article criminal.
There is a large and growing mindset in the American left and right that is disgusted with Israel. This could be something of a people’s last stand on the issue, and could (ideally, if enough people wake up) be an important factor in the restructuring of a functional middle class. Schumer knows it, so he is quick to attribute the phenomenon to antisemitism. Sure, there is a fringe element and racism is real, but this is not antisemitism. It’s on the state of Israel, and Schumer is going down with them.
Israel has its right to self-determination, but its behavior is structurally self-destructive and dependent on American financing and war machinery. Israel itself is by far the prime generator of antisemitism, a great twisting of truth for power and money. Of course, they/we/you have heard all this before, and Israel brushes it off as simply more antisemitism. Again, love and embrace the Jew.
Chuck Schumer is the principal architect and executor of the prevailing Democrat do-nothing strategy
Under Schumer, most Democrats do nothing, especially nothing that interfers with the Israeli agenda, while helping Israel at every opportunity. Alas, there isn’t much left for Americans. Apparently, it doesn’t matter that this behavior directly feeds fascism. So much for Democrat jabber about saving democracy. If you wonder why status-quo Dems don’t fight or don’t fight hard or seem like they are just going through the motions, here is your answer.
Over his career, Schumer scuttled America and ended the Democrat tenure as the people’s party. He and Netanyahu have been at it for the same forty years, periodically having faux breakups.
People are waking up and resisting this combination of foreign and internal toxicity
US-Israeli aggression is an attack on core human interests, internationally and in the homeland. Even establishment politicians are being forced to take a stand.
Significantly, Joint Resolutions of Disapproval (JRDs) are being tried to block Israeli war handouts. So far, Schumer has snuffed it, to keep the blood money flowing.
This past Monday, April 13, 2026, protesters representing several organizations blocked the entrance to Senators Schumer’s and Gillibrand’s offices. They chanted: “Fund people, not bombs”. They didn’t get enough yes votes to stop the payout. Bernie Sanders putting together another JRD, hoping to block that $650 million in U.S. weapons.

Every single politician needs to be held accountable in relation to their stance on taking AIPAC money (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) and deferring to Israel. Afford no middle ground here. If politicians put Israel first, or do not actively represent their American constituencies, or take AIPAC funds in any of its forms, they should be disqualified. Clear accountability and stances are required. Israeli agents should be called out, or ideally, primaried. Who would help keep a scorecard?
Schumer Must Go to Save Democracy and Stop the Bloodshed
The USA cannot afford to wallow around in another drawn out political dinosaur death-watch. Schumer must go now or at least ASAP. Unfortunately, he is assuming to be re-elected in 2028 and is aggressively trying to influence the ongoing midterm races. Congress persons are going public with their dismay and have even formed a “fight club” to resist Israel and support open-minded candidates. If the Democrats take the House or Senate in the midterms, neither Shumer nor his understudy Jefferies should be the leaders.
